Refund & Replacement Policy
We pour a lot of love into making each piece by hand, and because they’re crafted in small batches, every order is extra special. That means sales are usually final—unless we’ve noted a little exception below.
Eligibility
- If your item shows up with damage or develops a material issue within 30 days, we’ll happily send you a replacement.
- If your item is damaged but out of stock, we’ll make it right with a store credit or replacement when available.
- Heads up: accidents caused by user mishaps aren’t covered under this policy.

How to File a Claim
- For items damaged during delivery, please reach out via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your package.
- For material issues, claims can be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Don’t forget to include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can help quickly.
Processing Time
- Approved replacements are sent out within 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday, holidays excluded).
- Store credits or refunds are issued within 5 business days once approved.
- Returns aren’t needed unless we specifically ask for one.
